Madhu Fancy Stores

Madhu Fancy Stores is located at 194/2 in the Laxmi Commercial Complex at Ojhama Chowk, Dr C G Road, in the Chembur Colony area of Kalasipalyam. It’s a long address for a shop that isn't really that big. We are tucked inside the complex. It can be hard to find if you aren't looking for it. We have a lot of variety in such a small space. From buttons to threads and small gifts, we try to stock it all. The complex is always busy with other businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going. We don't have a big office or a manager's room. We just have the counter and the shelves behind us. Most of our day is spent helping people find very specific things they need for their sewing or for a party. It’s a lot of talking and showing different options to customers. We don't have a computer system to track everything, we just know what we have by looking at the shelves every morning. It’s an old-fashioned way of working, but it serves us well. Sometimes the rain makes the complex a bit damp, but we keep our goods covered and safe. We are just regular people running a regular store. No big plans, just keeping the shop open and serving whoever walks through the door. We stay until the last customer leaves, which is sometimes quite late.
