Madananpillai R works out of the Emerald Building, which is number 303 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. To get here, you have to find your way into Amarjyothi Layout and look for the 3rd Main. RT Nagar is always a busy area, but this particular layout is a bit more tucked away. The Emerald Building is where we spend our hours. It’s a solid building, and we have our specific spot inside. We see a lot of the same people every day walking their dogs or going to the nearby stores. Being at number 303, we have a regular routine that starts when the shutters go up. There is a lot of paper moving across the desks and the phone rings more than you’d expect. Madananpillai R is generally busy with something or other. The office isn't anything special to look at, just walls and some light fixtures that flicker occasionally. We keep the place clean, or at least we try to. The 3rd Main can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. Sometimes the mailman struggles with the layout names because they all sound similar, but our mail usually finds its way to the Emerald Building eventually. We like being in this part of town. It feels like a real community where everyone is just doing their own thing. We have been here for a good while and don't plan on moving.
