Glory Boys Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is situated out in Madanayankanahalli, right off the Tumkur Road. You have to take the Laxmipura Main Road to find us. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of the city, and the traffic on Tumkur Road can be a real nightmare with all the heavy trucks. But once you get off the main highway, it gets a lot quieter. Our facility is a decent size because we need the space for all the equipment and the inventory we keep on hand. The dust from the road is a constant battle, so we’re always wiping down the tables and the machines. We have a small break area outside under a tree where we sit when the weather isn't too hot. Most of the people working here live nearby in the village areas, so they walk or take a cycle to get to work. We don't have any fancy signage or a big glass front. It’s a functional building made for getting work done. We spend our days tracking orders and making sure the packing is done right before the trucks come back in the evening. There’s a lot of noise from the sewing machines, but it’s a sound we’ve all grown to like. It means things are moving. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get everything finished before the weekend starts.
