Our office is situated in Jayanagar 8th Block, over on Kariyappa Road. The address can be a bit confusing because it has an old number, 695/41, and a new number, 41. We’ve had to explain that to a few delivery people over the months. Jayanagar is a nice part of Bangalore, very established and full of trees. We like being in this neighborhood. Our building is a standard setup, nothing too modern or flashy. Inside, we have our desks and our computers, and we just spend the day working through our projects. It’s an LLP, so it’s a partnership of sorts. We don't have a big HR department or a floor of managers. It’s just a few of us making sure the information technology side of things is handled properly. Sometimes the street gets a bit busy during the school run or when people are heading home, but generally, it’s a decent place to work. We’ve got some shelves for our files and a small area where we can sit and have a quick break. We don't really go for all the corporate polish you see in the tech parks. We prefer this local vibe. It feels more real to us. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep everything running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. Jayanagar always feels a bit like home even when we are buried under a mountain of data.
