Macro Infotech Pvt Ltd is located in Peenya at No.2 & 4, Snr Arcade, on Ayyappa Temple Road, near Jalahalli Cross. Being in Peenya means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. Our office in Snr Arcade is a practical space where we handle various IT tasks. It’s not a quiet place because of the temple road and the general buzz of the area, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office itself is filled with the usual stuff like computers, chairs, and a few cupboards for documents. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who know us in the Peenya circle. The team consists of a few people who have been in the tech field for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab food for everyone from one of the stalls near Jalahalli Cross. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have fancy titles or a strict dress code. As long as the work gets finished and the people we help are satisfied, we are happy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just part of life here. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure we handle the technical side of things correctly.
