Macleelan Integrated Services(Formerly Haden Ifm)

We are located at 1618 East End Road in the 9th Block of Jayanagar and it is a busy spot. We used to go by Haden IFM but now everyone knows us as Macleelan Integrated Services. We deal with a lot of big buildings and making sure their systems don't fail. It involves a lot of clipboards and checking meters and talking to technicians who are usually covered in grease. The office in Bangalore is where we coordinate everything and it can get pretty hectic when a big storm hits and things start breaking. We have a lot of staff who are out on the road most of the time. The tea lady comes around twice a day and that’s when we actually take a break and sit down. Jayanagar is a nice area with a lot of trees but the parking near our building is always full. We have stacks of files on the desks because we have to keep track of every repair we do. It’s a lot of responsibility keeping a building running and we just take it one day at a time. Sometimes we have to work late when an emergency happens at a site. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that because we are mostly focused on the tools and the equipment. It’s just a straightforward service business where we try to stay on top of the maintenance.
