Our travel office is situated at 148 Bhashyam Circle. It is quite easy to spot if you are familiar with the Navarang Theatre area, as we are very close to it. We have been registered and working from this location for many years. Most of the time, we are busy handling tour bookings or arranging vehicles for local and outstation trips. The office is a bit small and it gets quite crowded when more than two people come in at once. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. There are just some benches and a lot of papers on the desks. Bhashyam Circle is a noisy place, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic coming inside. We have gotten used to it over the years. Some days we spend hours on the phone trying to coordinate with drivers who are stuck in traffic. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. Most of our customers are locals who have been using our services for a long time. They just walk in and tell us where they want to go. We try to be practical about the timing and costs. It is not a perfect system, and sometimes there are delays, but we do what we can to fix things. We just keep our doors open and take one booking at a time. It is a simple life here at the circle.
