Machine Geography

We are over in Nandini Layout, 4th T Block, 39th Cross, at number 96/A. It’s a relatively quiet area, which is good for the kind of work we do. We have a lot of computers and some very large printers that take up a lot of the room in our office. We spend most of our time working with maps and spatial data. It’s a lot of sitting and looking closely at details on the screen. We don't have any fancy office furniture. Most of it is just old stuff we’ve gathered over the years. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few maps we’ve pinned up. We don't really have a lot of people coming in to visit, so we don't worry about keeping everything perfectly neat. It’s just a place where we do our work. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Sometimes the printers act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing them, which can be frustrating. We don't do any big promotions or advertising. Most of our projects come from people who have worked with us before. We just focus on getting the data right and finishing the maps on time. It’s a simple, straightforward operation. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and take breaks. It’s just a group of us doing what we know how to do.
