Our office for Mac & Sally Fashions Private Limited is in Banaswadi. Specifically, we are at No. 290, which is a building called Balaji Nilaya. It is located on the 6th Cross within the Vijaya Bank Colony Main Road area. Banaswadi is a bit more residential than some other parts of the city, so it’s a little quieter, which we like. The building is a typical multi-story structure. We have our setup inside, which is mostly just a bunch of desks and some storage racks for our stuff. The layout is quite basic. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a bit of a local feel. We usually start the day with some coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be finished. There isn't a lot of corporate talk or formal meetings here. Most of the time, we just get straight to work after grabbing a seat. The 6th Cross is a narrow enough street, so parking can be a bit tricky if you have a car. Most of us just use scooters to get around. It’s a nice enough spot to work from. We see the neighbors going about their business, and it feels like a community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work at Balaji Nilaya and go home at the end of the day. It’s a steady routine that keeps us going without too much stress.
