Maa Group

Maa Group is located at 3Bm-317, on the 4th B Cross in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. This part of the city is quite a mix of people and houses, and our office is nestled right in there. It’s a standard building, nothing too flashy on the outside or inside. We’re on one of the cross streets, so while it’s not as loud as the main road, we still get the usual sounds of the neighborhood—vendors passing by and people heading to the local shops. Inside, we’ve got a couple of rooms where we set up our workstations. The furniture is mostly mismatched, some stuff we’ve had for years and some newer pieces we picked up recently. We have a small balcony where a couple of us go to stand when we need a break from the computer screens. Bangalore weather is usually nice enough, so we keep the windows open when it isn't too dusty or loud outside. There’s always a stack of files somewhere that needs organizing, but we usually prioritize the daily tasks first. We aren't a big corporate team, just a small group of people working together. We usually share lunch in the middle of the day and talk about local things or the traffic situation. It’s a very straightforward, no-frills kind of place. We just focus on getting through the workload and making sure everything is handled properly before we lock up the gate for the evening. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our meetings.
