We spend most of our time here at Basaveshwara Nagar dealing with whatever tech issues walk through the door. It’s a busy spot on Sunciety Road and usually, the shop is a bit cluttered with cables and parts that need sorting. People come in with laptops that won't start or systems that are acting up, and we just try to get them working again so they can get back to their day. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We have our tools spread out on the workbench and sometimes the phone rings while we’re right in the middle of a tricky repair. The coffee machine in the corner gets a lot of use, especially when there’s a backlog of work to finish by evening. Most folks in the neighborhood know where we are, right at number 861. We’ve seen all sorts of problems over the years, from simple software updates to hardware that’s seen better days. It gets a bit dusty with all the fans running, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with electronics. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Some days are quiet, while others have a line out the door before we’ve even had a chance to open the shutters. We just take it one job at a time and try to keep things moving along for everyone who needs help with their gear.
