M Tours & Travels

We are located at 79/1 Indira Nagar, right on the 4th Main in the 7th Block. If you’re looking for us, we’re directly opposite the New Horizon building. M Tours & Travels isn’t a massive operation with a fleet of hundreds. It’s just us in a small office with a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks where we scribble down timings and dates. Most of our day is spent on the phone, trying to coordinate drivers and making sure the cars are clean and have enough petrol for the next trip. The traffic in Indira Nagar is a nightmare sometimes, so we’re always checking the clock and hoping the roads are clear for the arrivals. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait for their booking to get confirmed. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people walk in at once. We’ve got some old maps on the walls that are probably out of date, but they look nice anyway. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand, which is a bit of a headache. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just focus on getting the cars where they need to go. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to see where everyone is heading and we just take each day as it comes.
