We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with different projects. The traffic in Bangalore can be a nightmare, so we usually try to get in early and stay late to avoid the worst of it. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing. Our office has seen some wear and tear, and we’re fine with that. It shows we actually do work here. We mostly interact with people who have been dealing with us for a long time. There’s no big reception area or fancy coffee machine, just a water cooler and some chairs for when people stop by. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of our responsibilities. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area well. We’ve been at this Shammanna building for a while and it suits us just fine.
