M S Ub Engineering Ltd.

We are located in Bangalore, specifically in Yashwantpur. If you know the area, it can get pretty crowded with all the traffic and the markets. Our office for M S Ub Engineering Ltd. is actually at a residential address, C/O T. Kariyappa at House Number 258. It is on the 4th Cross of Triveni Road. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the 4th Cross, you are almost there. We work out of this house, so it’s got a very informal feel to it. There are no cubicles or glass partitions. Just some tables and chairs pushed together. Yashwantpur-22 is a busy pincode. We spend our days dealing with engineering tasks while the neighborhood goes on around us. You can hear the sounds of the street and people moving about. It is a humble setup for an engineering company, but it serves us well. T. Kariyappa has been kind enough to let us use this space for our daily needs. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. Bangalore is known for its tech, but we are more on the practical engineering side of things. We have a few staff members who come in every day. The 4th Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just make do with what we have and keep the work moving. It's a very local Bangalore experience that we have grown quite fond of lately.
