M S Teracom Ltd is located at 108, 4th Cross in Vinayaka Layout. We are right in the Nayandahalli area, just off Mysore Road here in Bangalore. The traffic around here is legendary, so we usually hear the honking of horns all day long. Our building is a simple structure that fits into the neighborhood. We handle a lot of telecom-related tasks, which involves plenty of cables, testing equipment, and technical manuals. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't bother with fancy decorations because we are too busy keeping up with the work. Usually, there’s a pile of courier packages near the door waiting to be sent out. Bangalore weather is usually nice, but the office can get a bit stuffy when the power goes out and the backup takes a minute to kick in. We have a small team of people who have known each other for a long time. We don't use any corporate speak or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. If a problem comes up with a line or a piece of gear, we just dive in and fix it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us. We’ve been at this spot on 4th Cross for several years now.
