M S Sobha Devlopers Ltd

We are over here in Annasandrapalya, right near the Rama Temple in Bangalore. The office is tucked away on the first floor of a building on 1st Main. Most days it is quite busy with people coming in and out to talk about building projects. Being in the HAL Post area means there is always noise from the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We started M S Sobha Devlopers Ltd because there was a lot of work to be done around this part of the city. We handle different kinds of development jobs. Sometimes we are out on sites all day and the office sits quiet. It is just a few of us working here. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you visit. We have been in this spot for a while now. Neighbors know us well. We just try to get the work finished on time and handle the paperwork that comes with construction. It is not a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Most of our tools and gear are kept elsewhere.
