M S Fichtner Consulting Engineers India Pvt Ltd is located in the Malleshwaram area of Bangalore, specifically on 14th Cross at No 70/1 East Park Road. Malleshwaram has that old-school feel to it, which we really enjoy. We are an engineering firm, so the office is usually full of technical drawings, calculators, and stacks of reference books. It’s not the most exciting place for someone who isn't into engineering, but we like it. The team here is mostly made up of people who have been doing this for years. We spend our time working through design problems and making sure everything is structurally sound. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we don't make a big fuss about it. We just sit at our desks and get on with the calculations. Sometimes we have to go out to sites to see how things are being built, which is a nice break from the office. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to each other; we just say things as they are. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the papers, and the fans are always humming in the background. It’s just a solid, dependable place where we do our engineering work every day without any drama or unnecessary polish. We’ve been here a while and know the area well.
