Our office is tucked away in Kengeri, specifically over on 6th Cross near 6th B Main. We have been working out of this part of Karnataka for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which helps us stay focused on what we need to do. We handle things related to property, and since we are right here in the local area, we know the streets and the buildings pretty well. It is just a small group of us at 520, and we don't really go for the big, flashy office style you see in the city center. We keep things pretty practical. People usually find us when they are looking for something specific in this part of town. The morning commute to the office isn't too bad, and we usually start the day with some tea and a look at our files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just meeting people who stop by to ask questions about land or houses. It is a lot of back-and-forth work, making sure papers are right and talking to different folks. We try to keep our desk space organized, though sometimes it gets cluttered when we are busy. We like being in Kengeri because it feels more like a community than the busier parts of Bangalore. It is just us doing our daily bit in a simple office with old furniture and a lot of coffee.
