M R Gift Gallery

M R Gift Gallery is situated in the Anand Reddy Building. We are on the 7th Cross and 14th Main in Marthahalli. Marthahalli is one of those places that never really sleeps because of all the people and the traffic. Our shop is just a regular room filled with gift items. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling so I have to use a small stool to reach the stuff on top. There are clocks and greeting cards and some glass items that I have to dust every single morning. The Anand Reddy Building has a lot of other things going on so there is always people moving around the hallways. Sometimes the stairs get a bit dirty from all the feet but that is just how it is. We have been here for a few years now on the 7th Cross. It is easy to get lost in Marthahalli but once you find the 14th Main we are right there. I usually sit on a small wooden chair near the register. The lighting inside is a bit dim but it makes the place feel cozy I guess. We don't do anything fancy with the windows or anything. People just walk in when they need a gift for a wedding or a party. It is just a normal shop in a busy building. We just keep it going one day at a time. The neighbors in the building are nice enough and we all just do our own thing.
