M N Gopala Reddy is the name on the door here at 15 Chickpet, right on Mamlatdarwadi Main Road. We’re tucked away behind the Mysore Bank, which helps if you’re trying to find us in the middle of all the Chickpet crowd. This area is always packed with people and shops, so it can be a bit overwhelming if you’re not used to it. Our office is a simple place, filled with the usual stuff like old desks and stacks of ledgers. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the streets change and the shops around us go through different owners. We just keep doing our thing, regardless of what’s happening outside. It’s a busy life, but we like it that way. We don't go in for anything fancy or try to look more important than we are. We just handle the business that comes our way, talking to people honestly and getting things sorted. Sometimes we sit and have tea while talking to someone who’s been coming to us for twenty years. That’s just how things work in this part of town. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to finish the day knowing we did what we were supposed to.
