You can find us at 249 on the Nandini Layout Main Road in Malleshwaram. We have been here for a good few years now. The shop is usually full of computer parts, cables, and monitors that are being worked on. We fix PCs and laptops for people in the neighborhood. It is a bit of a mess most of the time because there are always half-finished repairs on the benches. We aren't a fancy showroom with shiny floors. We are more of a workshop where we actually get into the hardware and see what is wrong. Sometimes it’s a virus, other times a motherboard has just given up. We also help people put together new systems if they want something specific for work or gaming. We don't use a lot of technical talk with our customers unless they really want to hear it. We just tell them what is broken and how much it will cost to fix. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive from the suppliers, and we have to wait, but that’s just how it is. We are a small team of people who just like tinkering with electronics. If your computer is acting slow or won't turn on, you just bring it in. We are usually there from morning till late evening. It gets busy, so sometimes we don't answer the phone right away if we're inside a CPU.
