Finding our office at 14 Gandhi Nagar involves navigating the 2nd Main Road, which is usually packed with parked scooters and delivery trucks. We are located in the Kurubara Sangha Building, which is a sturdy old structure that has been part of the landscape here for decades. You have to head up to the 2nd floor to find M H Motigi and Associates. The stairs can be a little dusty, and the lift is sometimes out of order, so be prepared for a short walk. Once you get to our floor, the office is pretty basic. We have a few desks pushed together and some old metal cabinets where we keep all the files. It isn't a place with fancy carpets or expensive art. We just have what we need to get the day's work done. The 2nd Main Road has a lot of energy. You can hear the sounds of the local markets and the people talking downstairs. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, so we’ve seen shops come and go. Our team is small, and we mostly just focus on our own tasks. We don't have a big reception area, so if you come in, you might have to wait a minute while we finish up what we are doing. It’s an honest workspace for honest work. We like being in the Kurubara Sangha Building because it’s a central spot for everyone.
