M & M Solutions

M & M Solutions is located at 173/156 in the Hongasandra Raj Industrial Estate. This part of the city is mostly filled with warehouses and small manufacturing units like ours. The estate can be a bit of a maze with all the similar-looking buildings and the narrow roads that get blocked by lorries. Our place is essentially a large room filled with different parts and solutions for industrial needs. We have racks of components and a few benches where we sort everything out. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary decorations or fancy furniture. The floor is made of rough cement and we have some old metal cabinets for keeping our tools and files. Most days are spent checking the stock and talking to delivery drivers who are trying to find our gate. It gets pretty loud when the neighboring units are running their heavy equipment, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We take our breaks outside on the steps when the weather is nice, usually just watching the activity in the street. We’ve been working out of Hongasandra for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure we have what people are looking for when they call us up or stop by the estate.
