You can find M A K Tours & Travels over at 73 Ganganagar in the Tilak Nagar area. We have been working out of this office for quite some time now. It’s a straightforward setup where we help people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it’s a bus booking or a longer trip, we just sit down and look at the schedules together. Tilak Nagar is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a few desks and some old calendars on the walls. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to do business. A lot of our day is spent on the phone talking to drivers or checking if seats are still available. We know the roads around here pretty well, so we can usually tell you how long a trip will actually take, not just what the paper says. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which can be a bit frustrating when a customer is standing right there. But we manage. Most people who come in are our neighbors or folks who live nearby. They know we’ll give them a straight answer about prices and times. We keep the shop open late most days because that’s when people finish work and have time to plan their travel. It’s just how we do things here at number 73.
