M A Humayun

My name is M A Humayun and you can find my spot at 490 Shivaji Nagar, right on Jumma Masjid Road near OPH Road. This part of town is always crowded and noisy, but I like it that way. There is always something happening right outside the door. I have been here for quite some time now, just handling the daily business as it comes. It is a small space, nothing too big or flashy, but it works for what I need to do. People walk by all day long on their way to the mosque or the market. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic on OPH Road, but you get used to the sounds of the horns and the people talking. I usually open up early in the morning before it gets too hot. Most of my day is spent talking to neighbors or taking care of whatever needs fixing or sorting out in the shop. It is a simple life and a simple business. I don't use much technology here, just pen and paper and a bit of conversation. If you know the area around Jumma Masjid, you know exactly where this is. It is just one of many small shops lining the street, trying to keep things moving. It feels good to be part of the community here in Shivaji Nagar and I plan on staying.
