We are located up on the first floor at Ganpati Matha in the Warje Malwadi area, specifically on NDA Road in New Tharagpet. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, you’ll see we’ve got plenty of computer parts lying around. We do a bit of everything related to computers, from fixing broken screens to putting together new systems for people who need them for work. The office isn't very big, and we have boxes stacked up in the corners because we run out of shelf space. It’s usually me and a helper working on things. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings while we are busy with a soldering iron, it might take a minute to answer. People from the local neighborhood usually just walk in with their CPUs under their arms. We try to get things back to them as soon as we can, but some days are busier than others. We use a lot of screwdrivers and cleaning spray. It’s an honest living and we enjoy the challenge of figuring out why a machine isn't behaving. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town; we just want to do the work right so the machines actually run when you get them home. The view from our window is mostly just the busy road, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood while we work on the latest repairs that come through our door.
