We are set up in Flat No 5 on the first floor of BL Residency, which is number 49 over in Kadirenna Palya. It is just off Old Madras Road in Indiranagar, so the traffic is something we deal with every single morning and evening. It is not really a shopfront, just an office in a residential building where we handle all the travel stuff for Lusso Voyageur. The space is a bit tight with all the desks and the maps pinned up on the walls, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, checking for flights or looking up hotels for people who want to go somewhere new. The balcony outside lets in some light, but mostly we just see the tops of the trees and the other buildings around us. It is a quiet street until the school buses start moving nearby. We keep a stack of brochures on the table, though most people just call us or send an email these days. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a document, and we all have to take a minute to fix it. It is just a small team here, trying to get things right for the people who trust us with their holiday plans. It is simple work but it keeps us on our toes.
