Lulu Center

Lulu Center is over at 1122/54 in San Square, which is quite close to the RTO in Yeshwantpur. Because we are near the RTO, there is always a crowd of people around, and the noise of horns and engines is something we’ve just gotten used to. Our spot in San Square is easy to find once you get into the building. It’s a decent-sized space, but we manage to fill it up pretty quickly with our stock. We spend a lot of time just organizing the displays so things don’t look too cluttered. Yeshwantpur is a very busy part of the city, and being here means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through, and others are regulars who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure the doors are open on time and the floor is swept. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s good exercise, I suppose. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or pushy talk. We just show people what we have and let them decide for themselves. The lighting in the square could be better, but we’ve added a few extra bulbs in our section to make it brighter. It’s a straightforward place to shop, and we like the fast pace of this neighborhood. Every day is a bit different.
