Lufthansa German Airlines

Our office is located at Number 33, Immanuel House on 11th Cross in the Brindavan Layout area of Horamavu. It’s part of the Banaswadi side of Bangalore, postcode 560043. Working for Lufthansa German Airlines from here is a bit different than being at a big airport terminal. We are mostly focused on the administrative side of things and helping people with their travel plans. The building, Immanuel House, is a fairly easy place to find once you get into the layout. We have a small team here and we’ve all been together for a good bit of time. The office doesn't have anything too fancy in it, just the usual desks and chairs. We spend a lot of our day dealing with flight schedules and trying to help customers who have questions about their trips. Bangalore traffic can make getting to the office a real pain some mornings, but we usually make it in on time. We don't use any of that corporate talk you might expect from a big airline. We are just regular people who happen to work in the aviation business. We deal with real problems and try to find simple ways to fix them. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important to keep things moving. We just show up, do our bit, and head home like everyone else in the city. It's a long day sometimes, but we like the area we're in.
