We have our base for Lords Blue Tech Co. Pvt. Ltd. at 57, B.K. Paul Avenue. The building is older, which we kind of like because it has a bit of character. Inside, we have our desks set up in a way that’s more functional than stylish. We deal with a lot of technical tasks, and there’s always someone looking at a screen or checking a component. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes of tech stuff we haven’t unpacked yet, but we manage. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings and empty buzzwords. We just get on with whatever needs doing that day. B.K. Paul Avenue is a good location, and we often step out to get some air or a quick bite from the vendors nearby. It’s a local operation, really. Most of us live not too far away, so it feels like a neighborhood business. We don't spend money on advertising; we just rely on people telling each other about what we do. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes to keep up with everything, but we like the pace. It’s a real place with real people who just want to do their jobs well and go home to their families at the end of the day. There are no fancy titles here, just people working together to solve whatever tech problems come our way.
