Lokesh Adv

My name is Lokesh Adv and my office is at 41548 Malleshwaram. We are situated in the KSSIDC Industrial Estate, specifically in the 2nd Stage on the 2nd floor. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the view of the industrial area is okay. We are fairly close to Sampige Theatre, which most local people know well. Being in an industrial estate means there is a lot of activity around us all day. You hear the sounds of machines and people moving goods. My space is functional. I have my tools and my desk. I’ve been here at Malleshwaram for a while. The second floor stays a bit cooler than the ground floor, which is nice during the summer months. I don't have a big team or a lot of flashy equipment. It is just a place where work happens. Sometimes the hallway gets crowded with boxes from other units, but we all get along. I usually start early before the heat gets too bad. People come to see me at this address when they need something handled. I don’t use social media or anything to talk about what I do. People just know where I am. If you find the theatre, you are basically there. Just look for the KSSIDC signs and head up to the second floor. It’s pretty quiet inside once you shut the door. Most of the time it is just me here.
