Our small office sits on the first floor at 31/1 on 10th Main in the NTI Layout area. Vidyaranyapura is a bit far for some people, but it’s a nice change from the crowded center of the city. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, which is good for seeing when the coconut water seller comes by. Our team works on software stuff all day, so we’re mostly glued to our monitors. The space is a bit cramped when we’re all in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea because we don’t like the stuff from the machine down the street. The building is pretty standard for this part of Bangalore. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. If you weren't looking for the number, you might walk right past us. We’ve got a mix of older staff and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. It’s a pretty relaxed environment here. We don't have strict rules about where you sit as long as the work gets finished. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a five-minute break to talk to each other. It’s a simple life here in the layout. We usually wrap things up as the sun starts to set and the traffic starts picking up. It's just a regular office where we get things done.
