We are based at 32/33 on Laheripura New Road in Malleshwaram. Locus It Consulting Pvt Ltd is basically a small IT shop where we help businesses with their computer systems and software setup. Malleshwaram is a great neighborhood, and we like being part of the local scene here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a lot of monitors and servers humming away. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and trying to make sure our clients' tech doesn't crash. It's not glamorous work, but it's necessary. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, someone calls us because something stopped working, and we go from there. We have cables running along the floor and boxes of spare parts in the corner. It's a bit cluttered, but we know our way around. We talk to our clients like regular people, not like a help desk script. Sometimes the problems are easy to fix, and other times we're scratching our heads for a few hours. We just keep at it until it's sorted. It's a small team of us, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. We enjoy the technical challenges and the fact that every day brings something a little different to our desks in Malleshwaram. It’s just us, some coffee, and a lot of code, trying to keep the digital parts of local business running.
