Locus Architects

Locus Architects is situated in Koramangala, at House No. 88/4 on the 5th Cross in Jakkasandra. It is a well-known part of Bangalore and we are glad to be tucked away in this specific neighborhood. Our office is more like a house than a corporate building, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable for us and our visitors. We work on various architectural projects from this one spot. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. It is just us, our drawing tools, and our computers. People in the 560034 area usually find us through word of mouth. We spend our days designing houses and other buildings, trying to make the most of whatever space is available. Koramangala is always very busy, but our little corner on 5th Cross stays relatively quiet most of the time. We handle the usual tasks like floor plans, visiting sites, and talking to contractors. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets a bit stressful, but we really enjoy the whole process. We do not use any high-sounding language to describe what we do. We just tell it like it is. If a design will not work for some reason, we say so. We are just local architects trying to do a good job for the people who hire us. We have been part of Jakkasandra for a while.
