We are set up on Devasandra Main Road in K.R. Puram. If you’re looking for us, we’re in Lakshmi Nilaya, right above the Manjunatha Sweet Stale. It’s actually a good landmark because everyone knows the sweet shop. We’re also near the Sri Venkateshwara Theater Road, so there’s always people moving around and plenty of noise from the main road. Being upstairs means we can look down at the street life while we work. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore-36. We don't have a slick office with glass walls. Our place is more functional, with the kind of clutter you’d expect from people who actually work for a living. We spend our time managing things and making sure everything is on track. Sometimes it’s a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just do the work that needs doing. Having a sweet shop downstairs is both a blessing and a curse because the smell of fresh snacks is always there. We’ve been in this building for a while and it feels like a part of the local landscape now. It’s just a handful of us here, and we keep things pretty casual. If someone drops by, we usually just pull up a chair and talk. No big fuss, just straightforward business in a busy neighborhood.
