Linkair

Linkair is located in a house called Sreenandanam in the Kunnapuzha area. It’s under the Aramada post office. It is not in a big commercial plaza or anything like that. We are in a more quiet, residential part of town. It feels more like a home office than a corporate building. We handle travel and air-related services from here. It is a small operation, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. You might see a couple of motorbikes parked outside and a small sign. Inside, it’s pretty simple. We have our desks set up with the basic equipment we need to book flights or check on cargo. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone stops by, we just pull up a chair for them. The pace of work is steady but we don't rush around like crazy. It’s nice being away from the main city traffic. We can hear the birds and the neighbors instead of just car horns all day. We do our work, talk to our clients on the phone, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to get the job done. Most of our customers come to us because they've known us for a long time.
