I am Lingaraj K B and I work out of Sri Bhavana Thilaka in Basaveshwara Nagar. We are located right near Madhurana Park. It’s a nice area with a bit of green nearby, which is a relief from the city traffic. I’ve been running this business for a good number of years now. It started small and it’s stayed pretty small, which is fine by me. I don’t want the stress of a massive office. Most of my day is spent right here at the desk, taking calls or looking over paperwork. The building, Sri Bhavana Thilaka, is easy to spot once you get into the Madhurana Park area. I know most of the people who live and work around here. We have a very relaxed way of doing things. There aren’t any strict uniforms or fancy corporate rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late if a project is dragging on, but we don’t mind. It’s just the reality of a small business. I handle a lot of the details myself because I like knowing what’s going on. Basaveshwara Nagar has grown a lot, but this corner still feels like a small community. We don’t put out big ads or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a local business doing our bit. If you’re ever walking near the park, you’ll probably see us around. It’s a plain, honest way to work.
