Lines Tours Travels is situated at number 2 in the Banshankari Complex in Jalahalli Bidarahalli. We are right across from the Grihalakshmi Apartments. It’s a convenient spot for people living in the apartments who want to book a trip or a bus ticket without going too far. Our office is a simple place with a couple of desks and some chairs for customers. We don't have a big corporate office or a massive team. It’s just a few of us who handle the travel bookings and answer the phones. We spend a lot of time looking at bus routes and checking for available seats on trains or flights. It’s a lot of detail work, and we have to be careful not to make mistakes with the dates or times. We’ve been in this part of Jalahalli for a long time, so we know which travel operators are reliable and which ones to avoid. Many of our customers are neighbors who have been coming to us for years. We don’t have a fancy website with online bookings; we prefer to talk to people face-to-face or over the phone. It’s a busy little shop, especially when holidays are coming up and everyone wants to get away. We just do our best to find a good option for them and get the tickets printed out. It’s just a regular travel desk where we try to get the job done right.
