Liimra Land Developers

Liimra Land Developers is located at 123 JP Nagar, right in the New Timber Market area. We are not a big real estate firm with dozens of agents. It is just a few of us working out of a modest office where the timber trade used to be. Our daily work involves looking at different plots of land and helping people understand what they can do with them. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, walking around empty lots and checking on boundaries. The office itself is often a bit messy with maps and site plans spread out over the tables. Since we are near the timber market, it can get a bit noisy and dusty with all the wood being moved around nearby. We do not do any big promotional events or have a polished sales pitch. Most of our business comes from people who walk in or who have heard about us from others in the market. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through the details of land deals, which can be quite slow and involve a lot of paperwork. We have watched JP Nagar grow and change over the years, and it is interesting to be part of how the land is being used. We just try to keep our documents in order and give people a straight answer when they ask about a property.
