Down in HSR Layout at 406 C on the 1st Main Road in Garudachar Palya, Lexington Soft Pvt Ltd has its office. HSR is a pretty popular area for tech companies lately, and we’re right there in the mix of it all. Our office is a functional space where we focus purely on software. It’s not one of those modern offices with bean bags or ping-pong tables; we just have regular desks and good chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting and typing. The team works on different software projects, so there is usually a lot of concentrated silence in the room during the day. We might have a quick huddle near the window if we need to figure something out together or talk through a bug. The 1st Main Road can get quite busy with people commuting and loud horns, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We don't really go for a polished corporate image or use big words to describe what we do. We’re more about the actual code and the testing that goes into making software work for the end user. If you came by, you’d see a lot of monitors and maybe some whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we can really understand. We like being in Garudachar Palya because it’s central to a lot of things we need. Our workday is pretty standard—get in, check the logs, write some stuff, and make sure everything is cleared out.
