Our office is tucked away in the Vanshee Richfield Apartments, which is over in Chinnappanahalli. We are in Block III, specifically unit 309. It’s right near the Outer Ring Road in Marathahalli, so the sound of traffic is pretty much constant in the background. We have been in this 560037 area for a good amount of time now. The workspace itself is just a regular apartment that we’ve filled with desks and computers. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see downtown. We like it because it feels more like a home. There’s a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air. The security guards at the gate know us by now, though they still ask for IDs sometimes. It can get a bit crowded in the unit when everyone shows up at the same time, especially during meetings. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit down and work on our technology projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. Dealing with the Marathahalli traffic is probably the hardest part of our day. We usually try to leave either very early or quite late to avoid the worst of the Outer Ring Road mess. It’s a simple, straightforward setup for us.
