You can find us over at Lakshmi Complex on the Sanjay Nagar Main Road. We are in the RMV 2nd Stage area, near Nagashetti Halli. The office is number 105. It’s a local spot where people stop by to ask about trip prices or to book a van for a family wedding. We have a few brochures sitting on the desk, but mostly we just talk to people and figure out their travel plans. The main road outside is always humming with traffic. Inside, we have a couple of desks and some chairs for customers to sit while we check the schedule. We handle a lot of different routes, sometimes just local drops and other times long trips out of the city. Our drivers have been with us for a while and they know the roads pretty well. The complex itself is easy to spot once you get onto the main road. We don’t use any high-tech booking systems, just a regular computer and some notebooks to keep things organized. It’s a small, family-style business atmosphere where everyone knows each other. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once to plan a vacation. We just take it one booking at a time and try to make sure the vehicles are ready to go. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in a busy part of Bangalore. We stay open pretty late to make sure everyone gets their tickets.
