Leela Palace Hotel Bangalore

Leela Palace Hotel Bangalore is located at Tashi Lhundupo, Tcv Ladakh, Po Choglamsar. We are right in the Leh J&K State region, which is quite a high altitude for any business. The air is very thin up here and the winters are long and cold. We spend our days mostly keeping the place running and making sure the staff is doing okay with the weather. Our office is a small room with basic furniture and some thick rugs on the floor. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. We are right near the TCV school, so we see the local kids around all the time. Choglamsar is a quiet area compared to the main Leh market, which is nice for us. We handle all the paperwork and the local logistics from this spot. It takes a lot of effort to get things delivered here, especially when the mountain passes are closed. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done. The building we are in is sturdy and keeps the wind out, which is what matters most. We’ve been at this location for a while and have gotten used to the slow pace of life in the mountains. It’s a world away from the city, but it works for us. We just take it one day at a time in this beautiful part of the country.
