Our office is in RT Nagar, specifically on 2nd Cross, 5th Main in Seethappa Layout. It’s part of Cholonayakanahalli. Lecteron Solutions Private Limited is the name on our door. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore, 560032, for a while. It’s a very local feel here. You have shops, houses, and then our office tucked in there. We aren't a big corporation with shiny glass walls. We have a regular office with regular furniture. There are about six of us usually. We spend our time working on different tech solutions for clients. It’s mostly sitting at computers and talking through problems. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. If something needs to be decided, we just talk about it over lunch or while making tea. The neighborhood is busy, and parking can be a real headache sometimes, but we like being here. It feels like being part of the actual city, not just an industrial park. We do our own cleaning and manage our own schedules. It’s a very independent way to work. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just provide solutions when people have problems with their tech. That’s about it. We keep our heads down and focus on the work. It’s a good way to live and work. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
