Our building is pretty easy to spot once you get on the right street. We aren't a big flashy company with a neon sign or a lobby. It’s just a regular office where we do our tech work every day. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the sounds of the local vendors. There is a small shop nearby where we get our morning snacks and tea. We spend most of our time at our desks. We don’t have a corporate hierarchy here with bosses and managers. We all just pitch in on whatever needs doing at the moment. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around and talk until the connection comes back. It feels more like a small family than a company sometimes. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because it doesn't feel right for us. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. We started this with just a couple of old computers and a lot of hope for the future. Now we have a few more people and much better chairs. We aren't trying to be the next big thing in the world. We just want to do decent work that we don't mind waking up for.
