You can find Leadaiscope Llp out in Anekal, in the Bhavisha Bentley Goldberg apartments. We are in Phase-1, specifically in flat B-401. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like the air out here much better. It’s quieter and there is more space to breathe. Our office is literally located in a flat. We’ve set up some desks and chairs in the main rooms to make it work. It’s a cozy way to work, honestly, and feels less like a factory. We don’t have a boss in a suit or any strict rules about what to wear. We just collaborate on whatever leads or data we are looking at for the day. Sometimes the security guard at the gate asks too many questions when visitors come to see us, but that’s just his job. We started this because we wanted to work in a more relaxed environment than the city offers. The 562125 area is growing fast, so there is always some construction noise happening nearby. We don't mind it much. We drink a lot of chai and talk through our ideas at the kitchen table. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just work hard. Some days we feel like we’re getting a lot done, and other days we’re just fixing small errors. It’s a real business run by real people who sometimes forget to water the office plants. We are happy with it.
