Our office is up on the 3rd floor of Kalpaka Arcade, right near Shivananda Circle in Micro Layout. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but we’re usually there from early morning. Being at number 19 in Arekere 308 means we see a lot of the local traffic. We handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork for people wanting to go places. Most of the desks are covered in maps or printouts. It’s not the quietest office because someone is always talking to a driver or checking a schedule. We’ve been at this location for a bit, so the walls have a few scuffs. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s when we take a real break. We aren't a massive corporate setup, just a group of us trying to get the bookings right. When people come in, they usually sit on the old blue chairs we have in the corner. It’s a practical space. We don't spend much on decorations. We just focus on the itineraries and making sure the cars are where they need to be. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly.
