JP Nagar 3rd Phase is a nice enough part of Bangalore, though the 12th Cross can be a bit hard to find if you’re not looking closely. We’re at D.No 134 on the 6th Main. Le Olive Garden is just our local spot. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that. It’s just us and the kitchen staff. Bangalore weather is usually good, but the traffic on the main roads can be a real headache for anyone trying to visit. We spend our time prepping food and making sure the tables are wiped down. It’s not a perfect place—sometimes the light in the corner flickers or the music is a bit too loud because we can’t find the remote. We just do our best with what we have. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city. We just like serving the neighborhood. The menu is simple and we don't use any of those buzzwords you see on social media. It’s just food. We keep the place clean and hope for a steady stream of people. It’s a lot of manual work, standing on our feet all day and carrying heavy trays. By the time we close up, we’re pretty tired. But we come back the next day and do it again. It is a humble place and we like it that way. We just keep the kitchen going as best as we can.
