Ldra Technology Pvt Ltd is based on the third floor of Tower B in the Golden Enclave. That’s right on Hal Airport Road, which is usually packed with cars and people going to work. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the trees outside, which is nice when things get stressful. The office itself is full of computers and screens, like you’d expect from a tech place. It’s mostly quiet inside because everyone is focused on their keyboards, though there’s usually some chatter near the water cooler around midday. We’ve been in this building for some time now and the security guards at the gate know us all by name. It’s not a flashy setup with bean bags or pool tables; we just have standard desks and chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes the elevator in Tower B acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We deal with technical systems and software stuff that most people find a bit boring, but it’s what we do. Our team is a mix of people who have moved here from all over. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings; we just get the tasks done and go home. Hal Airport Road is a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so a lot of us stay late just to avoid the crawl. It’s a basic tech office doing basic tech work.
