Lca Project Group , Hal

The Lca Project Group for HAL is based at number 627 on 10th G Main in the 6th Block of Rajajinagar, Bangalore. This is a pretty established part of the city, and the 6th Block is mostly residential but has some offices like ours mixed in. We are involved with the LCA project, so there is always some technical talk happening around the desks. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy lounge areas or marketing teams; it’s more about the engineering and project management side of things. The office on 10th G Main is where we do a lot of the planning and coordination. The street itself is relatively quiet compared to the main roads in Rajajinagar, which is nice when we need to focus on complex details. We have a lot of files and charts pinned up on the walls. Most of the people working here have been with the project for quite a while, so there’s a lot of shared knowledge. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a good chunk of the day in meetings or on the computer. Getting to work is okay if you use the metro, but the local roads can be a bit tight for cars. We don't really do any public promotion or anything like that because the work is very specific to the project. It’s just a group of dedicated people doing their part for HAL in a regular office building. The routine is pretty steady, and we just keep pushing through the tasks.
